MASSAGE APPLICATIONS
Traditional Turkish Massage : This is applied on a hot belly stone in a Turkish bath. With this traditional application, the entire body is scrubbed thoroughly with a single use abrasive mitt, while all the dead skin is cleaned off using a foam process made with a special soap. The skin pores open up and your blood circulation increases, leaving you fully relaxed.
Anti Stress : From neck to leg this is applied on the reverse side of the body. This massage eliminates stress effectively and gives instant relaxation.
Sport Massage : This massage is applied fast and hard with a stretching technique to increase blood circulation and relax muscle tension.
Aroma Therapy : This is applied over the entire body with soft touches, using aromatic oils extracted from Mediterranean plants, which provide relaxation for both the body and soul.
Massage with Hot Volcanic Stones : This is a spiritual experience and works on the energy points, eliminating negative energy and refreshing your soul and body energy.
Thai Massage : This massage, dates back 2500 years from Asian culture. By providing deep rest and relaxation, the body purifies itself from stress. Stretching yoga and pressure movements warm the muscles and provide flexibility. By applying pressure on the meridian points the energy flows are opened.
Shiatsu : This Far Eastern massage technique enhances the flexibility of muscle tissue, relaxes the body, clears the mind, relieves muscle pains, orders the internal organs and digestive system, and decreases the negative effects of stress.
Focus Zone-Back : Designed to eliminate stress entirely. It is applied on the neck, cramps and back.
Focus Zone-Leg : Eliminates muscle tension and increases blood circulation. It is applied on the legs.
